Allowing registered users to be associated with new services and divisions via User Management
- If you are looking to add a registered user to new services or divisions as your organization expands on OnCall, you will be able to use the User Management flow to add the user to the new services and divisions
- After the invite is sent, the user will not be prompted to register their account anymore, and will automatically be associated with the new services and divisions
- Please make sure that you enter the correct email and user type when adding user detail
Only displaying messaging services when inviting a coordinator to the platform via User Management
Coordinator users can only own messaging services, hence, when you’re inviting a new coordinator to the platform, you will only be able to see messaging services in the Services step
- Fixed an issue where duplicate contact is created when a division of an appointment is updated, so that if the contact already exists in the new division, it will still be owned by the original provider
