  1. Clients can now confirm their attendance or cancel the appointment via their reminder notifications
    • Patients

      • Added the ability to confirm appointment attendance through the 24 hour and 1 hour appointment reminder emails
      • Added the ability to cancel appointment attendance through the 24 hour and 1 hour appointment reminder emails
      • Added ability to see the cancellation policy for a clinic to the 24 hour and 1 hour appointment reminder emails
      • Web users will now have the ability to add a cancellation reason when cancelling an appointment
      • Appointment cards will now indicate whether an appointment is confirmed or not (Attendance confirmed / Attendance pending)
