Feature enhancement

1. Added patient appointment confirmation status in Patient view on Mobile

• • When a patient user logs into the mobile app, they will now be able to view their confirmation status on the appointment card

2. Mobile app onboarding logic has been updated to display forms that are missing signatures

• • Users will now be prompted to fill out forms in onboarding that have been responded to but are still requiring a signature
