- Providers/coordinators can now request signatures from a 3rd party on the same form (along with any existing signature requirement on the form)
- As a provider/coordinator, when you assign a form with a signature requirement to a client, you will now be able to also request signatures from a 3rd party that is relevant to the client. In order to do this, you can assign a form as usual and click on the “Add signer” button after selecting the desired form
- Enter the details of the 3rd party and click on “Assign to {Client name}” button to send out the form and start collecting signatures
- As the form is assigned, the client or you will need to provide a response to the form before the 3rd party is notified to add their signature
