Organizations can now enable custom appointment reminders:

Patient user impact
- Appointment reminders will be sent in the method of their choosing (Email, SMS, and/or Voice)
- Can be accessed via the Account settings section of the app

Organization impact
- Coordinators and administrators can now setup custom appointment reminders based on time, division and appointment type
- Ex: A reminder that is sent 4 days before the appointment begins specifically for Online appointments
- Additional notes can be added to each appointment reminder, this is in addition to the general appointment information and allows for additional customization
