Setting up custom appointment reminders (August 30, 2023)

Feature Release

Organizations can now enable custom appointment reminders:

  • Patient user impact
    • Appointment reminders will be sent in the method of their choosing (Email, SMS, and/or Voice)
    • Can be accessed via the Account settings section of the app
    • For more information, please refer to this support article: How to set notification preferences
  • Organization impact
    • Coordinators and administrators can now setup custom appointment reminders based on time, division and appointment type
      • Ex: A reminder that is sent 4 days before the appointment begins specifically for Online appointments
    • Additional notes can be added to each appointment reminder, this is in addition to the general appointment information and allows for additional customization
