Feature Release
Organizations can now manage their services within OnCall:

Organizational Impact
- Designated users can now;
- Create a new service
- Edit existing services
- Delete existing services
- Copy a service ID to create a product deep link
- Export a list of all services in the division, to which the user belongs
- Designated users can now;
In order to enable these permissions for a specific user, please contact your OnCall Account Manager.

Additional New Features/Changes
- Added 'Edit' functionality to the notifications datagrid so coordinators can edit notification rules
- Enabled Rich Text Editor for Email Additional Notes in Custom Notifications
- Update Patient Documents to use vertical navigation format
- Files/Forms are now split into a vertical navigation
- There is a limitation on when changes to custom appointment reminderswill take effect
- 1 hr delay on creating/editing/updating/deleting and a maximum of 20 notifications per division allowed.
Bug Fixes
- Appointment edits are reverting to original times if account is connected to external calendar integration has been fixed, should not longer revert times
- Voice reminders for custom appointment reminders started before the call was answered, this has been fixed and reminder will now play approximately 2-3 seconds after call is answered
- Platform Configuration was not available if only Custom Appointment Reminders was enabled, this has been fixed
