If a mobile app user is using an older version, the mobile app will prompt them to download an update for the application (as of v2.67.0). 

• The functionality for this feature will work as follows:
  • Critical update required
    • If a user opens the mobile app and a new version is available with a critical update
      • A screen will before login that informs the user a new version is available
        • This will block the user from being able to continue until they download the latest version of the app available on the app/play store
  • Non-critical required
    • A screen will prompt users to download update, user can close out of this screen and continue into the app without being blocked
