How Does Form Creation Work with Credible/Carelogic Integrated Clients?

Overview

Form permissions work slightly different for Credible and Carelogic integrated clients, this article will explain the differences to expect.

Forms are available for all divisions in OnCall for Integrated Organizations

The biggest difference between non-integrated clients and Credible/Carelogic clients is that you only need to create a form in 1 division for it to be available across the entire organization. This is different than non-integrated clients where they must create the form in every division or contact support to have the form duplicated across those other divisions.

 

Forms can be assigned, completed and sent back to the EHR

The integration also supports Credible and Carelogic users being able to assign a form from the respective EHR and have that form be assigned within OnCall to their client and appointment (appointment only supported by Credible currently, Carelogic functionality coming soon!). Upon the client completing the form within OnCall, that form will sync back to the EHR as a PDF and be viewable within the respective service documents section of Credible/Carelogic.

This is only available for Carelogic and Credible clients and non-integrated customers will still need to export their forms manually and upload to their respective EMR/EHR.
