Display Form ID's on Forms in Platform Configuration and Form Builder screens

The form ID is now exposed in the Form Builder screens in support of automated form-mapping in future releases. The IDs from forms within OnCall will be required to map to their corresponding forms in integrated customers' EHRs.

(Broadcasts) Validation of phone numbers and email addresses following upload of recipients CSV

The Broadcast tool will display the number of valid email addresses and/or phone numbers after uploading a recipient list .CSV file in the first step of Broadcast creation.
