Bug Fixes:
- When following the link from emails related to form assignments, unregistered patients were being prompted to login, rather than being prompted to create a password for their new account. This has been addressed, and patients may now register their accounts by clicking the link in form assignment emails.
- Addressed a redundancy issue in the Billing tab which allowed the user to click the "Reprocess payment" button even when the payee had not yet provided a credit card. Administrative users will no longer be able to click the "Reprocess payment" action if the payee does not have a payment method on file.

Cancelled Credible appointments were still triggering appointment notifications to clients even though the appointment had been cancelled. This has been resolved and clients should no longer receive reminders for cancelled appointments.
