Date of Birth (DOB) Requirement on Client Records for Integrated Customers
- Date of birth is now a required field on the client record in order to sync appointments and/or forms from Credible or CareLogic EHRs to OnCall.
- If DOB is missing from a client record, customers will be unable to sync appointments nor assign forms via OnCall for said client.
Date of Birth (DOB) Validation for Clients of Integrated Customers
This feature will be enabled for integrated customers on a rolling basis over the coming weeks.
- When an agency has this feature enabled, patient users who have a date of birth (DOB) on their client record will be prompted to enter their DOB at two points: when they first register their account, and when they attempt to reset their password. The DOB entered by the client must match that of their client record in order to proceed.
- If a client makes 5 incorrect attempts to enter their DOB, they will be temporarily blocked from making additional attempts for a period of 10 minutes.
- This feature does not apply to staff accounts nor third-party form signees.

Client Data View Bug Fixes
- The Diagnoses tab now supports ICD-9 codes linking out to their corresponding Medline information page.
- In the Lab Results tab, fixed a bug where the inclusion of a unit of measurement (e.g., 10 mg) would result in a lab test result being not displayed on the front end.
Miscellaneous Bug Fixes
- Addressed a bug such that staff users can now complete appointments in Safari browsers.
- When an a voice appointment reminder goes to voicemail, the voice reminder is no longer cut off; the voicemail now contains the entire read out of appointment details.
