Ability to turn off in-browser chat for video appointments
Divisions within OnCall can now be configured to deactivate the in-browser chat of a video appointment. This means that participants of a given video appointment may only send messages within the Zoom meeting itself.
If you have further questions or wish to apply this change to divisions within your organization, please open a Support ticket.
