Ability to manually trigger resends for failed form syncs from OnCall to the EHR
- If a completed form failed to sync back to the EHR (e.g., due to a misconfiguration), Support staff can now trigger a resend of the completed form from OnCall back to the EHR (Credible, CareLogic).
Bug Fixes
- A bug was causing interchangeable use of "No show" and "No show fee charged" statuses in some customers' reporting. Now, “No-show fee charged” status will be applied consistently when the patient was automatically charged a no show fee, and the "No show" status will be applied in the event that the customer no showed but was not charged a fee.
- A change was made to the Credible integration which prevents Credible appointments from being created in OnCall without Plan IDs. This aims to reduce the number of appointments failing to update, and therefore hopes to reduce the frequency of time out events.
