Staff ID may be added to staff user invitations via seat management feature

  • For customers who are integrated with either Credible or CareLogic EHR, users who have access to the seat management feature may now include the EHR's staff ID in the user invitation for a new staff member being added to OnCall. The incoming user no longer needs to register prior to having their staff ID added, which is necessary to enable appointment and forms syncing with the EHR. Now, the staff member may immediately begin syncing activities to OnCall after their invitation has been sent with their corresponding staff ID.

Bug Fixes

  • The second of a two-part bug fix was deployed, which will ensure that when an client's email is changed, that appointment reminder notifications will not be sent to the client’s old contact info.
    • This ticket will address this issue retroactively (i.e. will go back and correct any current issues with reminders being sent to outdated contact information).
