Screen sharing can be a powerful tool for enhancing your interactions with clients during online sessions. Sharing your screen allows you to review homework exercises or share valuable resources with clients. The good news is that your clients can also share their screens with ease. How to Share using Zoom
1. Once you and the client have both joined the technical support session, either you or the client can start sharing your screen. Simply click on the green “Share Screen” icon on the bottom of the Zoom screen.
2. This will bring up the screens that the client can choose to screen share. Advise the client to choose the screen where they are having the issue and click “Share” on the bottom right corner.
Security: Sharing your entire screen means your patient can see everything open on your desktop computer. Be sure not to have any private information visible as it may be in sight of your patient.
