What To Do if I was Unable to Install Secure Video Client (Limited Administrative Privileges)

If you do not have administrative rights on your current device to install new applications or programs, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your system administrator. They should be able to provide you with the necessary password(s) and/or directions to be able to install the Secure Video Client on your computer or mobile device.

2. If you are unable to contact your administrator, click here for instructions on joining your call from the web. Please note: you must use an up-to-date Google Chrome browser to continue with this option. If you need to download or update Google Chrome please see here.
