How To Submit An Online Booking Request

Use this guide to submit an online booking request. Booking requests can be submitted using your clinic's booking page.

Visit your healthcare provider's booking page. If you do not already have the link, they will be able to provide you with it.


Select your preferred appointment type. Please be sure to read the options carefully. If your healthcare provider has already recommended a specific appointment type, please select it from the list.


Select your healthcare provider from the list of available clinicians (please note: there may be multiple available clinicians based on their practice).


Select the date and time you'd like to schedule your appointment. Please note, you may need to click forward on the calendar to see your healthcare provider's availability.


Please note: all times will be displayed in your local time zone and will be translated to your provider's time zone automatically. Please choose an appointment time that makes sense to your schedule. 

From here, you will be asked to log into your account if you have an existing account on our platform. If this is the first time you are booking with your provider, you will need to enter some information to create an account. All future correspondence will be sent to this e-mail address so please ensure it is entered correctly.


If there is any form that is required to be completed prior to booking the appointment, you will be prompted to complete it in this step. Please answer them truthfully and do not skip any mandatory questions (with an *) so that your provider will have enough preliminary information to provide care for you. 

If there is a fee associated with the service you have chosen, you will also be prompted to enter your payment information. You will not be charged for your appointment until it is completed


Submit your request. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your request is pending.

Your healthcare provider will review your appointment request and you will receive a follow-up email letting you know once it has been accepted. If your provider is unable to accept your request, you will have the option of requesting a new appointment.

Once accepted, please follow the steps in the e-mail invitation to log into your account and access your appointment.
