How to prepare for a Telephone appointment

Here's a guide on how to prepare for your phone appointment with your provider.

1. When your healthcare provider schedules your telephone appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation as well as several e-mail reminders with your appointment details.

Click "Visit my account" in any of these e-mails.


2. If it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a password and agree to OnCall Health's privacy policy.


3. If prompted, please enter your credit card information prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Your card will be verified in real time and you will be notified when this takes place. 

4. Please be aware of the arrangement you've made with your healthcare provider. If they will be calling you, ensure they have the most appropriate phone number. If you will be calling them, ensure that you have their phone number (and access code if applicable).

5. Your appointment will take place over the phone as scheduled.
