Patient: Mobile (iOS and Android) Apps

OnCall Health mobile apps are available for clients to use on iOS and Android devices.



Apps can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play by searching "OnCall Health" and can be used on any iOS or Android device.

Please note: If it is your first time using OnCall Health, you must create your account on a web browser to get started. To do so, please click Visit your Account in any of the e-mails you have received and follow the prompts on screen.




1. Once you have created a password for your account, you will be prompted to download the OnCall Health app from either the App or Google Play store.


2. Once downloaded, log in using your e-mail address and newly created password.



3. At the time of your scheduled appointment, click Join Video Session to connect.



4. You will be prompted to allow OnCall to access both your webcam and your microphone. Click OK.

If you are having difficulties hearing or seeing your healthcare provider, please ensure that you have allowed access to both your webcam and microphone.

You can confirm this by opening your device settings, locating the "OnCall" app, and ensuring that both camera and microphone access have been granted:
