Overview
If you are making use of the billing tool, you will be able to charge clients in the following situations:

If the client has not provided their payment information prior to the appointment, you should be able to see their missing payment status inย
- ๐ The associated appointment
- ๐ The Roster contact linked to their email address

You can start charging a client for an appointment on the platform by completing the appointment in the Upcoming Appointment tab

By clicking on the "Complete Appointment" button, you will see a warning message if the client has not provided payment information yet and confirm the fee of the appointment

โAfter a failed attempt to charge
If the client hasn't entered payment info or the charge fails, you can reprocess payment via the Appointment Card in the Past Appointment List.ย
Search for the appointment and click "Process Payment" when the client's payment info is on the platform.
๐ฅ If the charge is successful, the "Process Payment" button turns into "Invoice," allowing you to download the appointment invoice.
๐ Once payment is processed, you'll receive a success message, and both you and the client will get an email receipt.
