This article describes how to install or update the OnCall Health secure video client.
In preparation for an online video appointment, it is recommend you download and install the most up-to-date version of the secure video client. Please follow the steps below to download or update:
- Log into your OnCall Health account.
2. Click "test your webcam and microphone" in the top right hand corner, where you will see your provider name listed.
3. Follow the steps onscreen, this should take 5-8 minutes.
Click to download the most up-to-date version of the secure video client.
Confirm that everything is working smoothly and you're all set!
