How to Edit Booking Requests

If you need to edit or change an appointment booking request, please follow the steps below:

You may wish to edit or change the date and/or time of the booking request, the fees for a booking request (for example, if you work on a sliding scale fee system), or you may need to change the provider associated with the booking request.

To start, you must first Accept the booking request.

If you're a Coordinator or Admin working in a division with multiple providers, you can also Accept and reassign the appointment to one of the providers in your division. 

Once you've accepted, the appointment will be automatically created. From there, locate the appointment on your dashboard and click Edit.


Change the necessary details regarding the appointment. For example, you may wish to change the fee to reflect the sliding scale fee the client will be responsible for. If needed, you can also edit other appointment details such as date/time, the division the appointment will belong to, or the client contact information.



When you are done editing, click Save Changes. Your client will receive an e-mail update of any changes that are made to ensure they have the most up-to-date information.
