How to edit Online Appointments & Booking Requests

If you need to edit an online appointment booking request, for example to account for a sliding scale fee, please follow the steps below:

Accept the online booking request.

The appointment will be automatically created. Locate the appointment on your dashboard and click Edit.

Change the necessary details.

For example, change the Fee to reflect the sliding scale fee the client will be responsible for. If needed, you can also edit other appointment details such as date/time if a client calls to reschedule.

When you are done editing, click Save Changes.

Your client will receive an e-mail update of any changes that are made to ensure they have the most up-to-date information.
