How to prepare for your In Person appointment

Here's a guide on how to prepare for your In-Person appointment with your provider.

1. When your healthcare provider schedules your in person appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation as well as several e-mail reminders with your appointment details. Click "here" in any of these e-mails.

2. If it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a password and agree to OnCall Health's privacy policy. This password will be used for all future OnCall appointments (both online and in person).

3. If prompted, please enter your credit card information prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Your card will be verified in real time and you will be notified when this takes place. 

4. Your appointment will take place in person as scheduled, and you will receive a receipt by e-mail upon completion (if applicable).
