Please follow the steps below to download and install the Secure Video Client desktop application. The desktop app will allow you to complete online video appointments from your Mac or Windows computer.
Please note: if you are having difficulties, or if you prefer not to download the OnCall desktop app please click Join Call at the time of your scheduled appointment and then click "Click here to join now via web browser" at the bottom of your screen.
To begin, ensure your mobile device, desktop, or laptop computer has a reliable internet connection. For a successful appointment, try and sit as close to your internet router as possible. Click here to see if your internet speeds meet the minimum requirements.
Login to your account. Once logged in, download the Secure Video Client (SVC) linked below based on your operating system.
Once you've logged in to your account, click Your Name > Test your webcam and microphone.
Follow the on-screen instructions to test your microphone and webcam prior to your appointment.
