How to share Secure File Attachments

There are two ways to securely share file attachments through OnCall Health:

  1. Attaching a file to an online video appointment.
  2. Sending a file over secure text message.

1. Attaching a file to an online video appointment.

Once your appointment has been created look out for the paperclip icon. Before, during, or after the online video appointment, you are able to click the paperclip icon to select a file from your computer.

Click on "Choose a file to upload"

Click on the file that you wish to upload and click on Submit

The file will be securely shared in real time.

The file will be available to download and view.

 Please note: You can choose to not allow your client to see the attached file if you want to share it for your own record

2. Sending a file over secure text message. 

Once your messaging session has begun, look out for the paperclip icon. Throughout the text message session, you are able to click the paperclip icon to select a file from your computer.

Click on "Choose a file to upload"

Click on the file that you wish to upload and click on Submit

Please note: You can choose to not allow your client to see the attached file if you want to share it for your own record

The file will be securely shared with your client or colleague in real time.

The file will be available to download and view.
