Once the video call has connected, there are a few features which you have available to you. Let's review them:
Hang Up
Click on the red phone icon to hang up/close the video call. You can also click the "x" in the top right corner to hang up and close the video window, if you like.

Note: Providers will still need to select "Complete" or "No Show" in order to complete the session.
Mute or Unmute Microphone
Click on the microphone icon to mute or unmute your microphone. The user on the other end of your video call will no longer be able to hear your audio. Click on the microphone icon again to unmute.

Hide or Unhide Your Camera
Click on the microphone icon to mute or unmute your microphone. The user on the other end of your video call will no longer be able to hear your audio. Click on the microphone icon again to unmute.

Share Your Screen
Click on the “Shares” button on the menu bar at the top of your screen. Select which window you’d like to share. Once you have selected the window you would like to share, it will appear on the other person's screen. When sharing, make sure to confirm that the person can see the shared screen. To change the page you are sharing, click on "Shares" and select a new page. To stop sharing, select “None” under the “Shares” options.


Select Camera or Microphone
Click on the “Devices” button on the menu bar at the top of your screen to choose between different microphones or cameras you might want to use. To stop using a camera or microphone, select the “None” option.
