Your healthcare provider may provide you with files (i.e. terms and agreements) prior to your appointment. If you have been assigned a file, please follow the steps below to download it onto your preferred device.
We recommend using a computer device to download the attachments.
When your provider shares a file with you, you will receive an e-mail with the subject line "(Your Provider) has shared a file with you". The email will let you know that a new file has been shared with you and provide a direct link to your account. Click, "click here to access this file in your account" to log into your account.
If you have not yet registered your account, please follow the onscreen instructions to do so. If you already have registered your account, proceed to log into your account. Once you have logged into your account, navigate to the DOCUMENTS tab in the top menu.
From here, you will be able to access a gallery of all forms and files that were shared with you.
Navigate to the Files section and you will be able to see all the files shared by your provider and the date that it was shared with you.
Click on the file and it will be automatically downloaded to your device. You can also download any forms or files by finding the appointment in which it was shared. Start by finding the appointment in question on the Appointments tab in the top menu.
Once you have identified the correct appointment, look for the Arrow Icon. If your provider has included files, it will be indicated by a red circle with the number of files your provider has uploaded for you. Click on the Arrow Icon and you will see a list of all of the files that have been shared with you. Select the file you would like to download.
If you have several files to download, repeat the previous step until you have all of your desired files. The file(s) will each be downloaded onto your device for your viewing.
If you are using your mobile device to download the attachment, please refer to the guide here.
