Downloading Files 📂

If you would like to download a file that you have shared with your client(s), follow the instructions below. We recommend using a computer device to download the attachments. First, go to your dashboard and find the appointment associated with the file you would like to download.

Once you have identified the correct appointment, look for the Arrow Icon. If there are included files, it will be indicated by a red circle with the number of files that were uploaded and are available to be downloaded from the platform. Click on the Arrow Icon and you will see a list of all of the files that have been shared. Select the file you would like to download

If you have several files to download, repeat the previous step until you have all of your desired files. The file(s) will be downloaded onto your device for your viewing. Please note that files could be shared in Past appointments as well if they've been completed.

If you are using your mobile device to download the attachment, please refer to the guide here.

Downloading Forms 📝

There are three ways that you can access a form that has been submitted by your client through the OnCall Health platform.

Option 1: "Patient has submitted a response form" email

Once a form is completed by a patient/client, you will receive an email notifying you that the form has been completed. Clicking on "Review" in that email will prompt you to login to the platform and will take you directly to the form that was submitted by the client. Note: you can check the status for the form in the top left corner to ensure it's been completed.

Scroll down to the bottom of the form. You'll be able to 'Export' or 'Print' the form. Clicking Export will automatically download the form as an Excel file, while clicking Print will open a new screen where you can set the destination to "Save as PDF" (versus selecting a printer on your network).
