A few Best Practices before we get started…
These tips will guide you through your use of the OnCall Health platform, helping to set you up for success.
1. The 24 Hour Rule:
Get set up for appointments at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time if you will be accessing the system for the first time.
2. Early Setup + Early Login = Easy Call:
We encourage you to login to your account no later than one hour prior to your appointment time, to ensure you have plenty of time to get set up, and contact support if you need assistance.
3. Login = Email Address + Your Password:
Your login/username is your email address. Choose a robust password that is secure and memorable or use Secure Password Generator to generate a password for your account.
4. Forget it, and Reset it!
If you forget your password, don’t worry; just reset it! Password reset is an option on the login screen.
5. Choose the Right URL:
OnCall Health is used in both the US and Canada, so ensure you are logging in on the correct site (oncallhealth.ca vs. oncallhealth.us).
