How To Retrieve Appointment Receipts

If you have completed an appointment with a fee, you may need a receipt for your records. Use this guide to learn how to retrieve your receipts after your appointment

Receipts via E-mail 📨:

Once your appointment is completed, your provider will process the payment fee for your appointment. Once they do so, you will get an email with the subject line "Your appointment receipt" 


In your email, you will receive an attachment of your invoice that you can download for your records. 


Receipts via Your User Account 👤:

Log into your account, the login page can be found in the confirmation email sent by your provider to your email or Here for Canada-based users 🇨🇦 or Here for US-based users 🇺🇸

Once logged in, view your "Past" appointments by going to "View Appointments that are: Upcoming/Past". Please select "Past"


In the "Past" appointments tab, locate the appointment you would like to get your receipt for. Click on the blue "Invoice" button located on the right. 

Your receipt will open up as a PDF file. You can download it and save this file directly onto your computer. 


Receipts via Mobile App 📱:

After you log in to your mobile app, go to the "Past" Appointment tab. From there, click on the Download Invoice icon to view your appointment receipt and save it to your mobile device.

You can now retrieve your appointment receipts!
