The Profile page in Roster is a centralized area where you can store all of your patient information in one spot

Guide 📖

Currently, you can fill out your client's name, gender, date of birth, phone number, and notes specific to your patient.

Notes can be used to fill out any patient information that you need to keep on file.

Some notes we suggest putting into this section are:

• Referral Information
• Address & Contact Information
• Medication
• General information about the client 

and anything else you would like to input here! 

Once you have finished writing the notes, don't forget to click 'Save' to save any changes you have made to your client Profile!
