Overview

Downloading and exporting secure messaging sessions as .CSV files is a simple process that helps in keeping records. Follow the steps outlined below to complete this task:

Find the conversation you want to export by going to the 'Messages' tab.

💡Please Note: that this applies to both Active and Archived conversations.

Once you've located the correct conversation, click on the '...' icon in the top right, followed by 'Export chat to CSV'

The conversation will then be downloaded as a .CSV file.
