It's easy to download and export your secure messaging sessions and appointments as .CSV files for your records.
Follow the steps outlined below he guide below to learn how to export your secure messaging conversations and appointments into a .CSV file.
Exporting Secure Messaging Sessions in Messages
Complete your Secure Messaging Session by pressing Complete. Click here for a guide on how to create a Secure Messaging Session.
Once you have Completed the conversation, click on the Export button in the top left hand corner in your web app.
This will download a .csv file directly to your computer.
You can now open up your conversation in any program (Excel, Google Sheets) that is optimal for opening .csv files. Make sure to save it somewhere you'll be able to easily find it later.
Exporting Secure Messaging Sessions From Video Appointments
You can also send messages and files with your client in our Secure Messaging Tool during video session appointments. Please follow the instructions below on how to download these conversations during your appointment while using the web app.
*Note: You will need to export the conversation before completing the video appointment if you would like a copy for your records.
Start your video appointment session like you normally would. Click here for a guide on how to create video appointments. Before you mark the video appointment as complete, click on ...>Export chat to CSV button on the top right hand corner.
This will download a .csv file directly to your computer.
