If your provider is using Secure Video Client (SVC) through OnCall, these instructions will walk you through how to test your webcam and microphone
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Click on your name in the top right corner, then choose "Test Webcam and Microphone" from the drop-down menu
Step 2: Onboarding Process
You'll be shown four easy steps to follow. These are things you've done before, so don't worry!
Step 3: Follow the On-Screen Instructions
When you get to Step 2, you'll see an option to "Install the Application." But wait!
You don't need to do that because you already installed SVC. Just click "I was able to install. Next Step"
Step 4: Testing the Application
Now, in Step 3, click on "Open the Test Window" and select "Open Secure Video Client" when prompted
Step 5: Check Yourself Out!
Guess what? If you see yourself on the screen and a yellow bar moving as you talk, that's awesome! It means everything is working well for your appointment.
Step 6: You're Ready!
You're all set now. Remember to click the "Join Video Session" button when it's time for your appointment.
