How To Share Attachments with Your Provider on Desktop

Logging In πŸ‘€

Login to your account using the login page.

The login page can be found in the confirmation email sent by your provider to your email or Here for Canada-based users πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ or Here for US-based users πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Sending Files πŸ“

Once logged in, find the appointment with the provider you'd like to send your files to. Click on the 'πŸ“Ž' icon.

You'll be presented with a screen where you can choose a file to upload.

Please note: Files cannot be larger than 20 MB. Acceptable file types include 'dss', 'ds2', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'tif', 'png', 'gif', 'pdf', 'doc', 'docx','mp3', 'm4a', 'pages', 'txt', 'ppt', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'rtf'.

Once you click "Choose a file to upload", a file explorer window will open. Select the file(s) you wish to share with your provider

You'll be given the option to rename your file if you'd like to

Once content with the file name, click "Submit"
