Are you looking to share a file attachment with your provider? If so, this guide will walk you through how to share documents or file that are required by your provider
1. Log into your account at app.oncallhealth.ca/login or click on "Click here to visit your account" in any notification email you have received
2. Navigate to the appointment that you want to share the file (the appointment could be found in Past appointment tab) and click on the paperclip icon.
3. Choose the file that you want to attach and click on "Submit"
Please note: File could not be bigger than 20 mb and qualified extensions are 'dss', 'ds2', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'tif', 'png', 'gif', 'pdf', 'doc', 'docx','mp3', 'm4a', 'pages', 'txt', 'ppt', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'rtf'.
