Overview
There are a few things you can do when you click on "Join Video Session" and it won't open:
- You might have unsuccessfully installed the application. Please check in your download folder and install the application
- You can uninstall and reinstall the Secure Video Client application on your computer device
- You can join the video session via your browser

3. You can join the Video Session via Google Browser
If you are still unable to join the call after reinstalling, click on the link at the bottom of the loading screen to join the call via your browser (Please note this can only be done in Chrome or Firefox)
If you have followed all the instructions above and are still not able to join the Video Session, please switch to your mobile device if possible. For further instructions on how to join the call via mobile app, please visit this article
