What to do when I’m connecting to a Video Session but the Secure Video Client application will not open?

There are a few things that you could do when you click on Join Video Session, being prompted to open Secure Video Client and it will not open:

  1. You might have unsuccessfully installed the application. Please check in your download folder and install the application
  2. You can uninstall and reinstall the Secure Video Client application on your computer device
  3. You can join the video session via your browser

2. You can uninstall and reinstall the Secure Video Client application on your computer device

3. You can join the Video Session via Google Browser  

If you still unable to join the call after reinstalling, click on the link on the bottom of the loading screen to join the call via your browser (Please note this can only be done in Chrome or Firefox)
