How to store Secured File Attachment in Roster

Do you have any files that you want to attach to a client's profile for your own record? This guide will walk you through the steps to upload these files in Roster

If you do not currently have Roster, please contact your Account Manager

1. Navigate to your Roster tab 


2. Navigate to the client that you wish to attach files with and click on "Forms & Files" tab


3. Click on "Add new File"


4. Choose the file that you wish to attach. Please note: File could not be bigger than 20 mb and qualified extensions are 'dss', 'ds2', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'tif', 'png', 'gif', 'pdf', 'doc', 'docx','mp3', 'm4a', 'pages', 'txt', 'ppt', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'rtf'


Please note: This file will only be visible to you and will not be attached to any appointment
