Have you accidentally sent a file to your client? Here is the guide on how to delete the attachment files that you do not want your clients to see.
Please note that as a provider, you do not have ability to delete forms that have been assigned to your client, however, you will be able to delete attachment files that you sent to your clients. Please contact Technical Support to delete any accidentally assigned forms.
- Navigate to the appointment that you would like to delete the attached files, click on the download icon
2. Click on the trash icon on the right side of the attached file
3. You are all set! Your clients will not be able to see the attached file that you just sent to them anymore.
Please note:
indicating FORMS assigned with the ability to preview, submit and download
indicating FILES attached with the ability to download
indicating the ability to upload file for both clients and providers, and assign forms for providers only
