How To Change Payment Information As A Patient

This guide will walk you through how to change your payment information as a user on your computer device as well as on a mobile device

Login to your account. The login page can be found in the confirmation email sent by your provider to your email or Here for Canada-based users πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ or Here for US-based users πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

On the top right corner, click on the dropdown button where you can see your name


Click on Account Settings, followed by Change payment card

Enter your new card information and click Save after you finish entering the new information


Mobile πŸ“±

Open the mobile app and log into your accountΒ 

Once logged in, you'll see the list of all upcoming appointments. Click on the "Profile" icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, followed by "Payment Information"


Enter in your payment information, followed by clicking "Save Payment"
