Are you looking to update your card information? This guide will walk you through how to change your payment information as a Patient on your computer device as well as mobile/ tablet device
2. On the top right corner, click on the dropdown button where you can see your name
3. Click on Account Settings
4. Click on Change payment card
5. Enter your new card information and click Save after you finish entering the new information
6. Once you have done so, click back on Appointment tab see all upcoming appointments and join video session
MOBILE/ TABLET DEVICE
1. Open the OnCall Health mobile app and log into your account
2. You will see the list of all upcoming appointments. Click on the "profile" icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen
3. Click on "Update payment method" button. Please note that this button will only be available if you have entered your payment information before.
4. Enter your new payment information and click on "Submit"
