How to Access Your Account Settings

If you are looking to change information about your account, such as your name, title, specialization, registration number, or more, you are able to do so in your Account Settings. 

Please note: Managing your Account Settings is currently only available on desktop or laptop devices. If you're on a mobile device, you will not be able to access your Account Settings options.

To start, locate your name in the top right corner of the screen and click to activate the drop down menu. Click on " ⚙️ Account Settings".

As a provider, you will be able to configure the following information and settings:

  • Profile photo: showing on booking page (if applicable)
  • Name: showing on booking page, receipt (if applicable) and the video screen when joining sessions
  • Title: showing on booking page, receipt (if applicable) and the video screen when joining sessions
  • Change Password: update or change your password at any time
  • Specialization: showing on booking page and receipt (if applicable)
  • Registration Number: shows on your receipt (if applicable)
  • NPI: US providers only

Hit "Save" after any changes have been made.
