How to access Account Settings?

If you are looking to change information about your account, such as name, title, etc., you are now able to do so in Account Settings. 

Please note: Account Settings is currently only available on computer devices.

1. On top right hand corner, you will find your name with a drop down button. Click on your name.

2. Click on " ⚙️  Account Settings"

3. As a provider, you will be able to edit the following information:

  • Profile photo: showing on booking page (if applicable)
  • Name: showing on booking page, receipt (if applicable) and the video screen when joining sessions
  • Title: showing on booking page, receipt (if applicable) and the video screen when joining sessions
  • Change password
  • Specialization: showing on booking page and receipt (if applicable)
  • Registration Number: showing on receipt (if applicable)
  • NPI: US providers only

4. Hit "Save" after any change has been made.
