If you are looking to start a screen share session on your MacBook computers yet not able to share your screen? This article will walk you through how to troubleshoot this issue.
Please note: This will only work with OS Catalina or newer.
1. Open System Preferences
2. Click on Security and Privacy
3. Make sure that you are in the Privacy tab
4. Look for Screen Recording and make sure that the box for Secure Video Client is checked
Please note: Screen Recording is a terminology for the functionality named by Apple. OnCall does not record or save any screen recordings. This permission is solely used to allow for screen sharing.
