Appointments with Existing Roster Contacts
If the participant you wish to schedule an appointment with is an existing roster contact (a participant you have met with before), navigate to the 'Roster' tab and find their contact
Once you click on the correct contact, click on the '+ New' button in the top right
Followed by 'Appointment'
You will be prompted to enter a fee, if applicable, as well as date, time, modality, duration, appointment title, etc.
Toggling on "Recurring Appointment" will allow you to have this appointment reoccur depending on what preferences you input (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly)
Click 'Create' once these details have been filled in
Appointments with New Participants
If the participant you wish to schedule an appointment with is a new participant (a participant you have never met before), navigate to the 'Appointment' tab and click the '+' icon in the top right
You will be prompted to enter a date, time, modality, appointment title, and duration.
Toggling on "Recurring Appointment" will allow you to have this appointment reoccur depending on what preferences you input (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly)
To add a participant, click on 'Add Participant'
You will be prompted to enter the participant's first and last name, email address, and a fee if applicable.
Toggling on 'Add to roster' will save their information into your roster, making scheduling follow-up appointments and assigning forms and files more effortless in the future
Please note that while you can edit a contact's first and last name at a later date, you will not be able to edit their email address without contacting support. Please ensure you double-check the participant's email address prior to scheduling an appointment
Once a participant has been added, you can click 'Create' to schedule the appointment and notify all the participants
