How to Share an Attachment with your clients via Mobile Devices

If wish to share a document with your clients via the OnCall platform on your mobile device, please refer to the following instructions: 

1. Log into your account on the mobile app


2. Navigate to the appointment you want to share the attachment and click on the "Attachment" icon


3. Choose attachment and submit it

4. You will be able to review the attachment by navigating to the appointment on the Appointment tab OR Roster tab


5. Choose the contact that you want to review and click on the Files button
