If you are looking to download files your provider has shared with you on your mobile device, please refer to the following instructions
Once logged in, find the corresponding appointment you'd like to send files to. Click on the "More" button
You'll be greeted with an Info, Forms, and Files tab. Click on the "Files" tab. A list of all the files that have been shared to you will be presented, along with the date they were uploaded
Find the file you'd like to view and click on it, a preview of the document will show up.
Although downloading files on mobile is not supported, you are able to share a copy. Click on the "Share" icon in the top right corner and select the method you'd like to share the file with (ex. Email, Text Message etc.)
