If you are looking to download the file that your provider shared with you via the OnCall platform on your mobile device, please refer to the following instructions:
1. Log into your account on the mobile app.
2. Navigate to the appointment that the file is attached with. The red circle is the indication that there is a file attached.
3. Click on "View attachments".
Note: If you are having difficulty navigating to the appointment that file was attached with, please navigate to the "Files and Forms" tab.
4. Choose the document you want to open in the list.
Please note: We still recommend using a computer device to download the attachment for the best experience as some files are not compatible to open on mobile devices.
