If you are looking to edit your existing forms using Form Builder (to add new questions or change existing questions), please follow the instructions below.
Please note: In order to use the Form Builder Tool, you will need to have Interactive Form feature enabled in your package. If you do not have Interactive Form yet, please contact your Account Manager directly.
To get started, log into your account, click on your username in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Configuration". Find the division and form you need to change and click on that form to open up the Form Builder.
You will be able to add more content if necessary by clicking on "Insert content" above or below any of your existing form questions.
You will also be able to edit the content of existing questions by clicking on the question.
Click on the "Preview form" button to preview your work.
Click on "Close preview" to exit preview mode.
Do not forge to click on the "Save" button on top right corner to save your work.
Deleting a Form
If you are looking to delete an existing form, please start by logging into your account and accessing the Forms section of the application under 'Configuration'. Navigate to the form that you would like to delete and click on the ellipsis (3 dots) and select "Delete form".
