If you are looking to edit your existing forms using Form Builder (to add new questions or change existing questions), please follow the instructions below.
Please note: In order to use the Form Builder Tool, you will need to have the Interactive Form feature enabled in your package. If you do not have the Interactive Form yet, please contact your Account Manager directly.
To get started, log into your account, click on your wheel in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Platform Configuration".
Find the division and form you need to change and click on that form to open up the Form Builder.
You will be able to add more content if necessary by clicking on "Insert content" above or below any of your existing form questions.
You will also be able to edit the content of existing questions by clicking on the question.
Do not forget to click on the "Save" button in the top right corner to save your work.
If the form is associated with multiple divisions, changes made will be applied to all divisions once you click on the "Continue" button. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you want to make changes to the form in only one division.
Deleting a Form
If you are looking to delete an existing form, please start by logging into your account and accessing the Forms section of the application under 'Configuration'. Navigate to the form that you would like to delete and click on the ellipsis (3 dots) and select "Delete form".
If the form is associated with multiple divisions, the form will be deleted from all divisions once you confirm the deletion. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you want to delete the form from only one division.
